PALISADES PROPERTY TRUST is seeking a highly qualified candidate for an internship which may lead to a FULL TIME Acquisitions Analyst Position within its real estate investment team.
These professionals will assist in the acquisition and asset management of commercial real estate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquisitions/Asset Management
- Underwriting and Due Diligence – Conduct property financial analysis and due diligence.
- Memo Preparation – Create investment memoranda for potential transactions.
- Market Research – Analyze supply / demand dynamics of western US commercial real estate markets.
- Planning – Prepare annual business plans and operating budgets.
- Management – Oversee portfolio operations including property management, construction, and leasing.
Specifications and Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Desire to work in real estate investment and market research.
- Be proactive and a self-starter.
This position that will be based primarily in our Irvine, CA office.
